How to Connect a New Carrier in Voila
The entire process lives inside your Voila control panel.
Go to Apps, open Carrier Gateway, and click Create Gateway. Enter your carrier’s name, then provide their API documentation: upload the file or paste a link, whichever you have to hand.
Voila’s AI analyses the documentation and generates the connection mappings automatically, suggesting how Voila’s data fields map to your carrier’s API with up to 90% accuracy.
Review the suggested mappings before anything goes live. Every endpoint has an Edit button. Adjust what you need, leave what you don’t.
In API Accounts, add a new authentication for Carrier Gateway, select your gateway, and enter your API token. Your carrier account is now registered.
Head to the Carrier Gateway Service Directory, create a preset with your service details and transit times, and your carrier is ready to use.
