Setup in 6 Simple Steps
1. Launch the Integration
From within Gorgias, locate the Voila app under All Apps then click Connect Unapproved App to begin.
2. Approve the App
You’ll be directed to the authorisation screen. Click Authorize unapproved app to proceed.
3. Connect Your Accounts
You’ll be redirected to another page. Click the Connect button to link your Gorgias account to Voila.
Already logged in? You’ll be taken directly to the app.
Not signed up? Follow the prompt to create a Voila account in seconds.
4. Select or Create an API User
Choose your designated API user. You may select an existing one or create a new user for this integration.
5. Return to Gorgias
Click Go to Gorgias to return to your Gorgias helpdesk - with the integration now live.
6. Start Resolving with Confidence
From now on, any time a customer reaches out about their order, Voila automatically detects the email address and searches across all tickets to find matching shipment data.
What Happens Next
When a ticket is opened or replied to, Voila instantly checks for any associated shipments using the customer’s email address.
Within moments, a widget appears on the right-hand side of the ticket displaying:
Tracking number
Carrier status
Latest tracking event
Estimated delivery date
The widget updates every time the ticket receives a new reply, ensuring your team always has the most current information.
