Custom Commercial Invoice Generation

We tapped into Fairfax & Favor's Peoplevox WMS integration to capture additional custom attributes required for U.S. customs clearance including region-specific data points.

Our platform mapped these custom fields into a bespoke invoice template that met all U.S. requirements, eliminating the risk of packages getting stuck at the border.

Post-Label FedEx Document Upload

We implemented a smart workaround that takes compliance even further:

1. The system suppresses the commercial invoice at the point of label generation.

2. Seconds later, Voila uses FedEx's Post-Shipment Document Upload API to send the invoice with full tracking reference, directly to FedEx.

This ensures:

• The invoice is always linked to the correct shipment

• Any custom or trade documentation arrives in the right format, at the right time

• No manual uploads, no customs friction
